Once you have decided on the car and colour, then make up a letterhead with you as BUYER in your title

You will need a fax machine or an email to fax service

Then fax your new letterhead to every dealer in your state a request to supply the car you want and ask them to include the all inclusive price by fax reply

You can get the car serviced at any dealer, so apart from picking up the vehicle, it doesn't matter how far away the dealer is

This method should get you the cheapest price especially if you hint you might buy more cars in the future

Once you have the price you can ask for a trade in if you already have a car
